The valve is equipped with 1 upper by-pass (system side) to take part of the water from the system return flow, allowing to recover heat and balance the temperature; ideal for floor systems.

KOMPAT DN 32 - 1”¼ KM3-125 is a unit suitable for underfloor heating systems.

It has a 3-way mixing valve controlled by a rotary electric actuator and is connectable to any type of controller.

The valve has 1 bypass:

- upper bypass (plant side): takes a part of the plant’s return water and runs it into flow, thus allows the recovery of heat and the balance of flow temperature; ideal for underfloor heating systems;

The standard unit is supplied with right flow.
