HVTC-90 DN20 Constant Temperature Pump Group

£349.46 GBP
Variant
The thermostatic mixing pump group DN 20 - ¾" "HVTC-90" is a low temperature unit used in underfloor heating systems. It consists of a 3-way mixing valve controlled by a thermostatic actuator by which the temperature to be maintained constant in the flow is set.

It is equipped with a safety system consisting of a contact thermostat installed on the flow and connected to the pump. In this way it is ensured that switches off the pump if the temperature exceeds the set threshold.

The valve is supplied with 2 by-passes:

- upper by-pass (system side): it takes part of the water from the system return and flows it into the flow, thus allowing to recover heat and balance the temperature; ideal for floor systems

- lower by-pass (boiler side): it allows the bypassing of the flow water in presence of the pump in the boiler and no hydraulic separator.
